i really liked the polite and helpful staff. my allocated room was very clean and had all basic facilities! the shuttle bus was helpful because of the crooks around the airport. the nearness of the place is excellent!
that black stains around the glass doors in the bath is not pleasant. this is not the first room i have seen with that issue! i did not take my bath before leaving.

The restaurants have a variety of dishes to choose from, i saw several buffet-style options for both breakfast and dinner. They also offered typical cuisine. breakfast was really excellent, such a great way to start the day!

The custom care team was really helpful . check-in was fast. The staff was forthcoming and cute. the guest relations manager was really good in her approach and interactions with guests, she was always on her feet!

The staff was cute. Gertrude, from guest relations, patiently answered all my questions. I found a comfortable bed in the room to relax. It also had a nice TV for watching shows, so I rested well!
The water pressure was low at times. it was a very minor issue that did not affect my overall stay.

the staff helped me from when i arrived to when i checked out, so kind. the food had such good flavors and there was such a big variety to pick from and try. my room was nice, clean, and so big. i liked it!
the water pressure was bad, i had to call for towels and they did not have enough.

the staff helped me with an early morning shuttle to the airport. the free airport transfer was convenient with a lounge directly at the airport. the driver arrived within ten minutes to pick me up. check-in was smooth.
The hotel layout was confusing. It was like a maze to navigate.

My beautiful room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It looked better than the pictures. the room had reliable air conditioning and blackout curtains, so sleep was easy. the bed linens were fresh and the pillows were supportive.
